The Hoop Dee Doo Review is one of those dining experiences that families just keep coming back for year after year. Yet it's taken our family until this year to experience it! This year we went along with a few friends that just keep going back and the fun began right from the beginning when Stephanie was chosen to be the Bell Ringer.
The Hoop Dee Doo Review takes place inside Pioneer Hall located at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground. We headed to the Magic Kingdom first and then took the boat taxi over. I really enjoy the different modes of transportation Disney has to offer.
The menu was just what you'd expect at something called The Hoop Dee Doo.... Ma's Delicious Fried Chicken, Smoked Barbecued Pork Ribs, Mashed Potatoes, Country Style Baked Beans and Corn Bread - my personal favorite.
Make sure you leave room for the dessert - Strawberry Shortcake. Another favorite of mine!
While you are dining the Hoop Dee Doo Review is going on all around you! They celebrate everything in here from where you came from, to how old you are and how long you've been married. I'm convinced they can make a song out of anything you want them too!
I really enjoyed the fast paced song and dance and yes, even the corny jokes eventually got me laughing!
The energy and enthusiasm the performers put forth was amazing!
You know you've got a winner when the guys even get involved!
I can see myself returning to The Hoop Dee Doo Review - I wonder if they change the jokes or if it's one of those things that you end up delivering the punch lines at your table along with them?
